Bookings
Lavender Lodge and The Granary are both booked from Saturday to Saturday through out the season.
Off peak bookings for other periods will be accepted as agreed.
All bookings are subject to a £50.00 deposit which will secure the dates requested.
The balance of the sum must be paid three weeks before your arrival date.
Bookings are taken on a strictly 'first come, first served' basis and whilst our web-site is maintained daily there will inevitably be some delay between provisional bookings being taken and them being posted on our web-site.
If a request is received for dates which have 'just' been booked by another party we will of course inform the second party as soon as possible and we would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.


Payments
All cheques should be made payable to AM Harrison.
All cheques should be drawn through the UK banking system.


Accomodation
Lavender Lodge and The Granary are available for occupation from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival.
We ask you to depart by 10.00am on the date that you leave.
Your residency is strictly limited to the dates you have booked.
Your accommodation is let to you as ‘self catering’.
The booking price includes electricity for cooking and heating and bed linen, you should provide your own towels.
Every effort is made to ensure that the building and contents are maintained to a standard compliant with our 3 star tourism rating.
We would ask you to leave the accommodation as you found it when you depart. Any breakages of a minor nature should be replaced ‘like for like’.
Any serious damage should be reported as soon as possible so that remedial action can be instigated at the earliest opportunity.


Cancelations
Deposits and any further payments are refundable at our discretion.
We will try to arrange an alternative date with you should you be unable to take up your booking.


Pets
We welcome pets.
As responsible pet owners we expect you to maintain control of your animal and to clean up any ‘mess’ that it may deposit.
Our paddock is usually but not exclusively available to exercise your pet.


Access
The Granary is a self contained bungalow with standard sized doors both externally and internally.
The door thresholds are raised 10cm both through the front door and back doors.
The garden is paved and has slopes running down to it from the back door and the front gate.
A footpath runs past the garden and is accessible from the back gate.
It should be noted that the footpath would be deemed unsuitable for wheelchair access.
Parking outside The Granary is on private ground and on a flat tarmac surface.

Lavender Lodge is a bungalow annex which contains one step internally.
T he door thresholds are raised 10cm through the front door.
To access the front door there are 3 steps which form part of the patio area each are approximately 12cm high.
The rear garden is accessed along a passage which is 85cm wide and runs externally around the rear of the building.
Parking outside lavender Lodge is on private ground however the tarmac surface runs down hill away from the building so some care should be taken by the unsteady.


The Grounds
Little Glebe Farm lies on the South side of the WinterbourneValley and the various buildings have been erected on levels cut into the valley slope.
Visitors are welcome to enjoy the grounds but are asked to respect other resident’s privacy.
Although not particularly steep, care should be taken when moving around the various areas especially when they are wet or frozen.
At the very top of the residential plot and outside of the designated garden areas for either The Granary or Lavender Lodge there is a deep pond and children should be supervised at all time if around it.
On occasions there will be various ‘farm animals’ in residence, please treat them with respect.
